Practice schedule is out for the year - Check it out!
Remember the benefits of playing with the Storm:
1. From March 1 - June 26 you'll recieve over 100 hours of football instruction (the average parks and rec
sports instruction program charges $24/hour - ref: Blue Valley Parks and Rec Spring 2010 Catalog -
golf - $33/hour, tennis - $13.66/hr, fencing 11.75/hr, ice skating - 37.33/hr). That's a $2400 VALUE!!
2. From March 1 - June 26 - you'll recieve about 20 hours of conditioning training - about $160 value!
(ref: Blue Valley Parks and Rec 2010 Spring Catalog - cardio kicks, bootcamp, cross training, yoga -
average $8/hr).
3. Practice facilities, game stadium, referees, trainer, team equipment, league support, insurance
- approximate cost $9K!

Registration costs $50 and includes:
- a Storm T-shirt and mouthpiece for you to keep
- team issue of - helmet, shoulder pads, practice pants and jersey, seven pad
set and game uniform.
Note that each player must pre-sell 40 home game tickets for the season, (an
average of ten (10) tickets per home game). The first 20 must be sold by
April 1 and the second 20 by May 1.
