Storm Fall Workouts and Tryout Information
2009-2010 Practice Schedule
WHAT:   KC Storm 2009 Fall Workouts and Tryouts

WHEN:     Mondays November - February 6:30 - 8:30pm

WHERE:  Workout/Tryout location will be emailed to you after you've completed registration.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
  1. Athletic clothing, shoes
  2. Water bottle

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  1. Little contact, you’ll not be in pads
  2. Warm ups, stretches and performance running exercises
  3. Drills for footwork, agility and speed.
  4. Drills for skills including stances, blocking, passing/catching, recovering fumbles, tackling (dummies),
    backfield running/hand offs, long snapping and punting.
  5. Scrimmage (non-tackle)

ON GOING PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

January 5 - until the start of our games in April the practice schedule will be:

Monday and Thursday 6:30-8:30pm (gym, through March, then outside)

Saturday 5-7pm (indoor turf facility, through February, then outside)  

NOTE:  ALL INDOOR PRACTICES ARE SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED AT FACILITIES THAT CHARGE A
FEE.  PRACTICES WILL BE OUTSIDE IF FUND RAISING EFFORTS HAVE NOT COMPLETED TO SUPPORT
THE RENTAL CHARGES.

April (after games start) - June (until end of season)

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8:30pm

GAME SCHEDULE:

Click here for games schedule.  Games are on Saturday nights.  No overnight travel is expected.
